Contribution to the public consultation of the Commission of Jurists of the Senate responsible for subsidizing the elaboration of a substitute on artificial intelligence in Brazil – CJSUBIA
IP.rec has contributed to the Commission of Jurists of the Senate that is discussing the regulation of artificial intelligence in the country. In the document submitted to the Commission, IP.rec highlighted the risks of using AI, the model of civil liability that should be adopted for cases of damage resulting from the use of such tools, in addition to the discussion on the supervisory model to be adopted by the future law.
